How To Use
  • Add one full sachet (36g) of Horlicks Protein Powder to 200 ml of Cold Water or Milk of your choice, in a Shaker. Shake it well! Recommended usage level: One serving a day or as suggested by your dietician. For Beginners: Start by consuming ½ (half) sachet (18g) in 100ml of cold water or milk for the initial 5 days in a row. From 6th Day: Consume 1 full sachet (36g) in 200ml of cold water or milk.
